The kids took swimming lessons for the first time this summer through Sky View highschool. They looked forward to their lessons every single day. Marie was never scared for even a minute. Her first day she got in and an older kid jumped in knocking her all the way to the bottom of the pool. I thought for sure she was going to be done with swimming, but she popped right up and didn't even shed a tear. The boys were so cute to watch and they were so happy in the water. They especially loved the jumping off of the diving board near the end of the two week session. One moment that made me proud was watching sweet Daniel as he helped a little girl out of the water. It was as if he was taking care of her. He is such a sweet boy. Also I loved seeing the excitement in Nathan's face as he tried his hardest to do every task his instructor asked him to do. I am looking forward already to swim lessons next summer.
