One thing I have learned from watching my mother all these years, is that I better take care of myself as well as she does so I can have even half the energy she has, especially at her age. You would never know she was old enough to even be a Grandma because she is more active then even most middle aged women. I love her. She is fun, and giving, and loving, and always always always on the move.
