Christmas and snow

One of my favorite things about Christmas this year is seeing Marie's excitement over Santa Clause. Everywhere she goes you here her saying "HO HO HO SANTA CLAUS" however when she actually sat on his lap she would NOT look at him. She has a love/hate relationship with good ol' Santa.

Well winter came and so did the busy holiday season.  I have to admit it is now almost March and I am just getting a post up here about Christmas.  This year was a little rough for me.  At this time I am feeling very sick from my pregnancy. Everything from decorating the house to Christmas shopping caused a lot of stress.  I felt like I could hardly get out of bed let alone do all of the things that come with this busy time of year.  Somehow we managed to do it all but maybe not the way I ordinarily would have done it.  We didn't even have any Christmas shopping done the week before Christmas.  However, It all came together and the kids had a great Christmas day. Grandma Lorz came over in the morning to watch the kids open their presents and then we went to her house later in the day for a wonderful dinner and more presents.  We also had Christmas Eve at Steve and Wendy's house this year and we were able to Skype with my parents and open presents from them that came all the way from Russia.  This year Marie got a lot of doll stuff and she is a great little mommy to her dolls.  The boys wanted boxing gloves and they were also pretty excited about the rest of the stuff they received as well.  It was a lot of fun to watch our cute kiddos and their excitement.  I know the magic of Christmas won't last forever so I am trying to enjoy it while we still can.

I LOVE all the Christmas photos! I love your Christmas tree. It's gorgeous. I cannot believe how tall the boys are. My goodness, they are shooting right up.

You are brave having them make a ginger bread house. Those are so hard, but the end result was spectacular. Great job! Looks like a really fun Christmas.
