Believe me, I have seen my fair share of roaches!! The south is infested...sick!
On the pancakes...I have never done more than half wheat and half white flour, but it is still really good that way. We love them. Tell me what you think!

Yummy! Maybe your boys should come to my house during the summer and play with my cockroaches. I'm surprised they were able to catch one because they are fast little buggars!!!
