Today is the last day.......

of Law school. HOORAY!! Yes, the bar exam is coming up. Yes, we still need to find a job. Yes, we still need a place to live, but we are taking it one accomplishment at a time and as for now I am a very proud wife.

Matt, didn't just graduate from Law school but he did extremely well, he really enjoyed it. He fell in love with the law and has recently decided that we need to start studying the constitution of the United States regularly as a family....don't know about that, but I do agree that the more you know the more you can appreciate the freedoms you have. I will miss the late nights that we would lay in bed and he would talk and talk and talk and talk to me about law terms that were completely over my head and yet, really exciting to him. I would just think to myself, "man, he is so smart!"And I was so thankful for him and his knowledge and his love of learning. He says law school has taught him how to think and that he has learned how to learn. I think it has made him more attractive too:)

I have to admit it hasn't been easy, in fact Law school takes a lot of time, it is very competitive, extremely stressful, and it causes you to live below poverty level. However, It was very worth it and I am very proud that he has done so well.

I want to thank my wonderful husband for working so hard, for doing so well, and for still finding the time to be the best husband and daddy in the world! Thank you for caring about our future. And for always having in mind your "ten year plan." it makes me feel secure and lets me know how much you care about our future. And thank you for never really meaning it when you would come home from school and say you were going to drop out! Most of all thank you for putting the most important things first. No matter how stressed you were about a test on Monday, you were always faithful about going to church every Sunday. Prayer was always important to you and you were never afraid to ask me to pray for you as well. I loved that you always found time to read your scriptures, even if it was at two in the morning. You are a great example to me. And most, most, MOST of all thank you for making me laugh....what you do best, even when we both felt that we might just fall apart! I love you and I am entitled to brag about you, because it has been a looong three years.

There are many things I will miss about law school and living in Florida. We will hold those memories dear. I have a feeling life is not going to get easier, probably even more complicated but at least I think I am up to the challenge!!

CONGRATULATIONS MATTHEW!!

Congrats on everything. I do agree and love how in these types of situations you can find so much more growth for your family. We too have found that growth and so much more love for one another, and although like you said it never ends and most likely life will just get harder, but so to will the Love.

That's AWESOME! I'm feeling sorta jealous of you, we still have 4 years and an internship to go! But then again, college is quite the adventure. Congrats to BOTH of you! It's not easy being the wife to a busy college man, so you deserve the congrats too!

Matt is a huge stud bucket! I hope Stacey finds me more attractive when I finish school. That probably happens because we are employable again, right!? Way to go Matt.

What an impressive accomplishment! Matt is a hard worker and you must be a super dedicated wife and mother to support him through it all. Have a fun party and then...good luck on the Bar!

You both have every right to be proud of you accomplishment. I know how difficult law school can be (for both of you.) But I am amazed at how well you both handled the stresses and difficulties of school, raising children and being away from your family. This now marks the beginning of a new adventure in your life. I believe that it is keeping in front of you, new goals, new adventures and new challenges that keeps you young and brings joy in life.
