Just a couple of weeks ago we where in Utah. We had so much fun, but after a couple of weeks shoveling snow everyday, driving 20 mph so we didn't die on the icy roads, and just plain FREEZING we were very ready for some warm weather. The day after we got home we went to the Zoo. It was hilarious to see moms bundling
their kids up with coats and hats because it was in the low 70's. Needless to say, we were in shorts and sandals and loving the warm weather!!

And here we are in the snow in Utah. The boys loved the snow. Daniel loved eating the snow. He eats snow in Utah and sand in Florida.
Even though we are loving the warm weather(and going to the beach tomorrow:)

I am jealous! I don't really like January, it is so cold! But I am glad that you are enjoying the warm. Your boys are darling.
I can relate to you. I went to Florida a few years back in January and loved the 85 degree weather!!! It was SO enjoyable I didn't want to come back to Utah. I also felt that same way when I was in Arizona three weeks ago...it was gorgeous and they were all wearing coats in 70 degree weather while I was dressed for summer!
How nice! So Kevin and I were talking, we were thinking of coming in October or November- what do you think? (But if I can scrounge up some money...I will come out sooner- just me :) But we want to bring my whole little family out so we can go to the beach and maybe Disney World, the ZOO, etc. I am so excited!!!
I forgot to tell you, YOUR BOYS ARE SO CUTE!!!!
How could I not be jealous. I HATE WINTER!!!!!!!! Your boys looks so big. I'm sad I didn't get to see you while you were out here.
My sister in St Augustine said that she has been freezing her tail off, and my grandma said that she the weather was rediculous and she didn't leave her house for days. I guess it was in the 30s? Is it a lot warmer where you are?!
I LOVE the homemade snow suits! Are those newspaper protective plastic cover bag things? You understand what I am saying right??

That last picture looks like you when you were little. I can't wait to be in Florida with you in less then a month. Can we go to the zoo when we are there?
Oour experience has been similar. People get mad at me for not having a jacket on my kids sometimes. I just laugh and walk away.

I don't know... It gets just as hot in Utah in the summer but in Florida we have beaches. People in Utah should always be jealous :)

It is freezing in MO right now, i'll bet you can remember those ridiculously cold days from the mish, but I am glad for them because I know spring will be here soon. I love that pic of the boys in their matching shirts, but not matching shirts! Cute.
I think we have the best of both worlds here, well without the beach or the mountains. Soooo, hmmm. Maybe not even close to the best but we have a week that hits 80 and the next week an ice storm. Snow one day, 70 the next. It's wierd but nice, the boys can play outside at least one day a week!
