Pumpkin Walk

The boys were so excited this year for the Cache Valley Pumpkin walk. Every year people from all over Logan design scenes made of pumpkins. This year they did a movie theme, and it was really fun walking around and seeing everyone's creations. It's always free, always fun, and will always be one of my favorite things to do in Logan during the fall.

Slumber party.

Every once in awhile my sweet husband has the great idea of having a slumber party with the boys. So they all sleep on the floor downstairs, watch movies, eat popcorn, and have tons of fun!! I know Matt never sleeps great, but the boys love it so of course it is worth it.

We promised the boys that once they were potty trained we would take them to Boondock's. They were so excited, they would not stop talking about it. We made good on our promise, and had a lot of fun.

overdue barbeque

Over the summer Matt's sister Cathy, brother-in-law John, and nephew Ethan came for a visit. We were so excited to see them. When we lived in Florida they lived in Georgia and we were able to see them quite a bit, but then they moved to Ohio and the visits have become a lot less. We sure miss them, but we are glad we had a fun visit together.

Can't wait to see you all again!!

taking the advice.....

I've been told many times before that I need to take as MANY pictures as possible because my kids will change so much and so fast. I have taken this advice to heart. Don't want to miss anything!

I have a LOT of catching up to do.

Well this post is the start of another loooong blogging marathon, just trying to catch up.

While in Florida for the last three years there was really only one time of year that I was really homesick for Utah. It started in October and lasted until December when we were on our way to Utah for the Holidays. In Florida we were still swimming throughout November and I would really miss the beautiful fall weather. Things like changing leaves, crisp cool air, and getting out the warm sweaters would not be happening and I would be baking fun fall treats while my home was like a sauna. So needless to say I have really enjoyed this fall, just looking outside at the bright yellow leaves all over the yards, really does make me smile.

Summer was great, we had a lot of fun, but I have been waiting YEARS for this beautiful fall!!

For the Aggies to crush BYU. We are so glad that this year we were in Logan and we were able to witness the big event. For Aggie fans this was a beautiful day!
